Brandi Randall, CMA • Medical Home Administrative Assistant
Brandi has been serving the Community Health Center (CHC) since 2022. She began her career there as a Medical Assistant and through dedication and a passion for patient care, she advanced into a case management role within the clinic.
She is also a member of the CHC Miracle Dots (newborn screening) team, where she works closely with families of newborns and young children. In this role, she helps coordinate imaging, laboratory services, office visits, and referrals to specialty providers to ensure timely follow-up and comprehensive care. Brandi finds value in advocating for patients and supporting families as they navigate important early healthcare decisions.
Recently, Brandi became a licensed Indiana Navigator for Indiana Medicaid, which allows her to further assist families in understanding coverage options and accessing the services they need. Her goal is to always ensure families feel supported, informed, and cared for throughout their healthcare journey.
Brandi has an Associate in Applied Science in Nursing, which has provided a strong clinical foundation for her work in patient care and case management.
Outside of work, Brandi lives in Kendallville with her 12-year-old daughter, Bryn, who keeps Brandi busy with competition cheer, tumbling, and golf. Brandi enjoys supporting Bryn in all of her activities.
