JAIME cunningham • operations director
Jaime joined the CHC in March 2024 and took on the role of Operations Director in October 2025. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations, financial management, and human resources at all CHC, Inc. facilities.
Jaime grew up locally and graduated from West Noble High School in 2006. She then graduated with distinction from Indiana University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in History with minors in Business Management and Anthropology. Prior to her time at the CHC, Jaime assisted in the office of her grandfather’s medical practice, and then she spent more than thirteen years at a local independent pharmacy where she gained experience in finance, business management, and human resources.
Jaime and her husband Lyle reside in Noble County and are kept busy raising their two sons and working on the family farm. Jaime enjoys reading novels and creating delicious treats in the kitchen during her free time.
