New Building Open House & 10th Anniversary Celebration

Dear Community Members,

We’re so pleased to welcome you to CHC’s Open House on Saturday, September 9th from 2-6 pm, to have an opportunity to tour our new clinic and help us celebrate our 10th Anniversary! We are most fortunate to finally have a facility of our own that will better meet the needs of a growing community and help support all three parts of our mission - patient care, education, and research.

In addition to tours of the new building, they’ll be refreshments and opportunities for fellowship including time to meet our staff, board, and volunteers. We’re humbled by and grateful for all those who have made the new clinic possible. Many hands have come together contributing funds, labor, materials, and expertise to allow us to complete the new facility on time and on budget.

Our new building is located at 730 E. North Street in Shipshewana. It is adjacent to the Cove recreation center softball fields and across the street from North Park. There will be ample car and buggy parking onsite and our staff will be there to help direct guests. So that we can plan for this community event, we need everyone planning to join us to confirm their attendance at the telephone number or email below.

A Decade of Growth

Many hands have come together for the planning, funding, and construction of this first building of our own. Ten years ago, we only dreamed of where we are now. With the hard work of our team, and the support of the community, our dream has become reality.
